What We Offer
Our completely renovated upscale salon offers a full set of amenities. Daily social media marketing created for you, retail commission, salon branding photo shoots, artist feature on website, on site management support, hosted client events, daily cleaning, towel service, a beverage and snack bar for clients, as well as the opportunity to participate in salon education, team building events, and business coaching. In addition to promoting you on social media, we also have a direct salon line to help your business grow. We save artists on overall business expenses by providing custom capes, robes and aprons, whisks, color bowls, brushes, clips, waxing supplies, hot towels, and more.
The success of the artists running their business at 4th Gen is our top priority and we our proud of our supportive team culture. We love coming to work and we want you to as well!
Investment
Full-Time hair stations $250/week. 1 year lease. Ability to schedule 7 days a week with two weeks free rent per year. Exclusive use of station.
Full-Time mani/pedi stations $200/week. 1 year lease. Ability to schedule 7 days a week with two weeks free rent per year. Exclusive use of station.
*To control odor in the salon, we do not permit perms, relaxers, or acrylic nails. We have so many customers who comment how good the salon smells. Due to increased risk and insurance premiums, we do not allow microblading, permanent makeup application, tattooing, dermaplaning, or microdermabrasion. In addition, we do not have space that provides the privacy needed for body waxing or massaging.
